Jose Luna, MSW, LCSW #138066 is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing telehealth psychotherapy for teenagers & adults throughout California. His work focuses on supporting individuals navigating anxiety, addiction, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and personal growth.
Jose approaches therapy as a collaborative process where clients can explore their experiences in a supportive, respectful, and non-judgmental environment.


Jose holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California with a concentration in Children, Youth, and Families. He has experience working with individuals facing a range of emotional and psychological challenges including anxiety, addiction, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and attachment-related concerns.
In addition to clinical practice, Jose serves as an Instructor and Department Chair of Psychology, where he teaches courses in psychological science and research methods. He is also engaged in psychological research focused on understanding human behavior and mental health. His academic and research work allows him to integrate current psychological science with evidence-based therapeutic approaches in clinical practice.
Jose’s therapeutic approach emphasizes understanding patterns, developing insight, and building practical tools for change. Therapy may involve exploring thoughts, emotions, relationships, and past experiences in order to support healing and personal development.
